Delete Your USRATI Account

You can delete your USRATI account and its associated family profile at any time directly from the USRATI app. Deletion is permanent and removes your account from USRATI’s servers.

How to delete your account

Open USRATI. Launch the USRATI app on your device and sign in with the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings. Tap the Settings tab in the app.

Open Account & Security. Choose Account & Security from the settings list.

Choose Delete Account. Scroll to the danger zone and tap Delete Account. Read the warning carefully.

Confirm deletion. Type DELETE into the confirmation box and confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What happens to your data

  • Your USRATI login credentials and linked personal profile are permanently deleted from our servers.
  • If you are the owner of a family workspace, ownership is transferred to another eligible adult member when possible.
  • If no eligible adult remains in a family workspace, that family workspace and its shared content may also be deleted.
  • Shared family information contributed by other members remains part of the family workspace for the remaining members.
  • Some transaction records may be retained by Apple, Google or RevenueCat under their own legal and operational requirements.
  • Deleting your USRATI account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel store subscriptions through the relevant store.

Cannot access the app?

If you cannot sign in to the USRATI app — for example because you lost access to your account — email us from the address you used to register and we will help you delete your account:
