Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of USRATI. By creating or using an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

1. Family-centred service
USRATI provides digital tools for family organisation, engagement, Islamic learning, routines, goals, reminders, prayer support and family memories. Features may change as the service develops.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your password and device. Do not share account credentials with unauthorised persons.
3. Family roles and permissions
Family owners, administrators, adults, children and managed profiles have different permissions. Owners and authorised administrators are responsible for managing access to their family workspace.
4. Children
Managed child profiles should be created and supervised by a parent, guardian or authorised adult. The responsible adult should decide what personal information is appropriate to add to USRATI.
5. Your content
You retain responsibility for family information, text, photos and other content you choose to add. You must have the right to upload and share that content with members of your family workspace.
6. Islamic and prayer content
USRATI is designed to support Muslim family life. Prayer times and educational content are provided as practical digital support. Where a matter requires an authoritative religious ruling or professional advice, users should refer to the relevant qualified authority.
7. USRATI+ subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and entitlement is managed through RevenueCat. Renewal, cancellation, refunds and billing are subject to the applicable store rules. Deleting a USRATI account does not by itself cancel an active store subscription.
8. Third-party media and links
USRATI may display or link to third-party media, such as YouTube videos added to Daily Journey content or family tasks, and other external links. Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. USRATI is not responsible for third-party content; media playback, availability and any related data processing are governed by the relevant platform.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse USRATI, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, exploit another family account, upload unlawful content or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
10. Availability
USRATI may require internet access for cloud, account and subscription features. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, connectivity or third-party services.
11. Account deletion
Users can initiate account deletion from Account & Security. Deletion may remove a linked profile, transfer family ownership where appropriate or remove a family workspace when no eligible owner remains.
12. Changes to these Terms
USRATI may update these Terms when features, service providers or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective is subject to the updated Terms.
